SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays.
UK:
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders £30+ and FREE Next Day Delivery on all orders £80+ to the UK*. Please note, Next Day Delivery will only appear at checkout if this is available at the time of your purchase.

MIDDLE EAST:
We cover all duties and taxes for orders shipping to Saudi and the UAE.
For any other countries in the Middle East you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Process
• Items are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery, provided they meet our return criteria.
• To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and returned with all original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
• Return shipments are the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit.
• Once your return is received and approved, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued.
International Orders
• Returns: All international returns are at the customer’s expense. For assistance, please contact us at info@gonulvaliyeva.com.
• Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so your order arrives without additional customs charges or delays.
Sale & Final Sale Items
• Items purchased during site-wide promotions or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Additional Information
• Natural wear and tarnishing over time is not considered a fault and does not qualify for return or exchange.
